Short Form Results Tracking Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused data entry assistant to help us track weekly Facebook post results for our clients. Each week, you will receive a spreadsheet containing the stats from our clients’ Facebook pages. Your job will be to carefully enter the correct data into our Notion Results Tracker. This is a simple but important admin role. Accuracy is very important because the data helps us understand which videos are performing well and which posts are driving revenue. Main Responsibilities Take weekly Facebook post stats from a spreadsheet Match each post to the correct video inside Notion Enter the correct numbers into our Results Tracker Track only the required metrics: Video views Video revenue Only track videos posted on Facebook Leave any missing/unmatched videos blank instead of guessing Complete the tracking once per week in a timely way Important You must be very careful when matching videos. If the wrong stats are entered against the wrong video, it can affect our reporting and backend data. Sometimes videos may not appear correctly due to user or software errors. If you cannot confidently find the correct matching video after checking properly, you should leave it blank and move on. Requirements Experience with data entry or admin work Strong attention to detail Comfortable using spreadsheets Comfortable using Notion, or willing to learn Able to complete work on time every week Good communication Honest and reliable Workload We currently post around 10 Facebook videos per day, which means roughly 300 posts per month need tracking. The task should take around 3–5 hours per month once you understand the system. A full video guide will be provided showing exactly how to complete the tracking Budget We would like to start with a paid trial task first. Trial task: Track 30 posts If the trial is completed accurately, this can become a regular monthly role. Ongoing budget: £40–£60 per month, depending on accuracy and reliability.
