Short-Form Video Content Creator (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator aged 18-30 to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for creating and posting engaging short-form video content for an educational product. This is a fully remote, long-term position with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: Create and post high-quality short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts). Consistency is key: Posting schedule is every other day (approximately 15 videos per month). Analyze video performance and adapt content to optimize reach and engagement. Compensation & Budget: Base Rate: $10 per video (Total base of $150/month for 15 videos). First Payout: Milestone release is available after the completion and posting of the first 10 videos. KPI & Viral Bonuses: We offer a performance-based salary recalculation! If your videos hit our KPIs, your monthly pay will scale based on the number of new viewers/followers brought in. Plus, there are extra cash bonuses for viral videos that hit high view milestones. Requirements: Age: 18-30 years old. Experience in creating viral short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts). Good understanding of current trends, hooks, and video editing. Self-motivated and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
