AI Short-Form Video Creator / Character Content Producer
Worldwide
AI Short-Form Video Creator / Character Content Producer Center Court Legal is looking for an AI-native content creator who can help bring our branded characters to life through short-form video. We are building a new front-end content engine for the legal industry based on humor, character storytelling, and sharp business messaging. Most attorney marketing is ignored because it feels safe, stale, and predictable. Center Court Legal is going in the opposite direction. We need someone who can help us turn our characters — including Kortex, our in-office AI legal intelligence character, and a new “Mayhem”-style character built around the idea that bad things happen to good people every day — into repeatable short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and related social platforms. This is not a standard social media role. We are looking for someone who understands AI video production, character continuity, comedic timing, short-form storytelling, and how to make complex legal technology feel human, funny, and memorable. The right person should be fluent or highly capable in tools such as Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Descript, Adobe Premiere, or similar AI video and editing platforms. We are especially interested in someone who can combine cinematic AI-generated scenes with avatar-based dialogue and polished post-production. What You’ll Create You will help produce short-form character videos built around Center Court Legal’s brand, including: Kortex character videos Mayhem-style legal humor videos Short comedic legal-tech scenes AI avatar dialogue clips Founder-and-character style videos Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Campaign-based video series Ad-ready short-form creative Character intros, reactions, punchlines, and repeatable content formats The goal is to create content that attorneys actually stop and watch. Core Responsibilities Develop short-form video concepts from CCL campaign ideas, legal themes, and character direction. Use AI video tools to create character-driven scenes with consistent tone, visual style, and personality. Produce short videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical-first platforms. Help refine Kortex as a recurring AI character with a consistent voice, look, setting, and comedic rhythm. Help develop and produce a new Mayhem-style character who dramatizes the chaos, missed deadlines, lost records, intake breakdowns, billing confusion, and case-value leakage that law firms face every day. Create repeatable video formats that can become ongoing content series. Work from provided scripts, concepts, or rough campaign ideas and turn them into finished short-form videos. Edit videos with clean pacing, strong first impressions, captions or text overlays added in post, sound design, music, and platform-ready formatting. Maintain character consistency across scenes, including voice, setting, wardrobe, expressions, delivery style, and brand tone. Understand how to balance humor with credibility, especially in a legal and professional services market. Ideal Skill Set Strong experience with AI video tools such as Veo 3, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms. Ability to create or direct AI avatars and recurring digital characters. Experience producing vertical short-form video for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok. Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, comedy beats, visual storytelling, and scroll-stopping first impressions. Ability to work with scripts, prompts, character descriptions, reference images, and brand guidelines. Strong prompt-writing ability for AI video generation. Basic post-production skills, including editing, captioning, timing, music, sound effects, and export formatting. Ability to create content that feels polished, funny, and brand-safe without feeling corporate or boring. Comfort working with legal, AI, business, and technology themes. Bonus Skills Experience with character-based campaigns. Experience creating AI spokesperson or avatar videos. Experience with comedy writing, parody-style content, or brand mascots. Experience creating paid ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Experience building content systems, not just one-off videos. Ability to storyboard short-form content before production. Ability to develop reusable prompt templates for characters, scenes, voices, and camera styles. Creative Direction Our content direction is humor-first but business-serious. Center Court Legal is an AI-native legal operating system built for plaintiff-side law firms. Our platform helps firms move from marketing and intake through case evaluation, medical record review, demand preparation, billing, settlement tracking, lien resolution, and final collection. But our content should not feel like normal legal software marketing. We want characters, comedy, contrast, and memorable scenes. Kortex represents the tireless AI intelligence inside the firm — the one who never leaves the office, reviews the 2,000-page documents, watches the case trajectory, and helps the firm see what humans miss. The Mayhem-style character represents the chaos that happens when firms rely on disconnected systems, missing records, slow intake, weak follow-up, broken communication, and “we’ve always done it this way” thinking. The creative goal is simple: Make attorneys laugh first. Then make them realize the joke is happening inside their own firm. Example Content Themes The case no one followed up on. The 2,000-page medical record dump. The demand that should have gone out 45 days ago. The intake lead that disappeared. The paralegal note that only one person understood. The settlement money stuck in billing confusion. The attorney who thought the case was worth $50,000 until the medical story said otherwise. The firm that bought five tools and still had no operating system. The AI that never sleeps because the law firm workflow never stops breaking. What Success Looks Like Success means we are consistently producing short-form videos that are funny, visually engaging, brand-consistent, and capable of generating attention from law firm owners, managing partners, attorneys, and legal operations teams. We are not trying to make “legal content.” We are trying to build a recognizable entertainment-driven marketing engine for the next generation of legal technology. Engagement Type Part-time, freelance, contract, or project-based to start. Potential for ongoing monthly production if the first set of videos proves strong. Please include examples of AI-generated video work, avatar work, short-form social videos, character-driven content, or prompt-to-video production. If you have experience combining tools like Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere into a repeatable workflow, please include that as well.
