Short-Form Video Creator (TikTok, etc) — On-Camera, U.S. Based

I run a small company that helps local businesses get noticed when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT or Google's AI to recommend a business nearby. Most owners have no clue this is even happening to them, and that's the story I want told on camera. I'm looking for someone in the U.S. who's actually good on camera and lives in the world of short-form video. TikTok, Reels, Shorts. Not stiff corporate stuff. The kind of clip where the first three seconds make someone stop scrolling. This is a small paid test project to start. If it goes well, there's a lot more work coming and a real ongoing role for the right person. We can talk about that on a call. What I need: - Short vertical videos, 15 to 45 seconds - A hook that lands in the first couple seconds (no slow intros) - You on camera, or directing someone who's great on camera - Normal-person language, no marketing buzzwords Who fits: - Based in the U.S. - You make short-form, not just edit it - You get small business owners and how busy and skeptical they are Don't stress about fancy editing or lighting right now. I care about your how you come across. How to apply (please read): Skip the cover letter. Instead, record a quick 30 to 60 second video of yourself, phone camera is totally fine, unedited is totally fine, and cover two things: 1. A quick hello and one line about your background in video or marketing. 2. Off the top of your head, one hook or angle you'd use to grab a local business owner's attention and show them that AI tools like ChatGPT might be skipping right past their business. I'm not judging the idea, but how clearly you explain it, and how you come across on camera. It does not need to look polished.
