Short-Form Video Editor (Home Remodeling & Luxury Home Content)

We are looking for a reliable video editor to help repurpose short-form social media content for home remodeling, custom home, architecture, and interior design clients. This is an ongoing freelance position with consistent weekly work. Responsibilities: Edit vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts Create engaging hooks and pacing that keep viewers watching Add text overlays, captions, transitions, and music Deliver videos in 9:16 format Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients Turn raw footage into polished social media content Requirements: Experience editing short-form social media videos Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and viewer retention Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (Final Cut Pro preferred) Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly Strong attention to detail Preferred Experience: Home remodeling Interior design Architecture Real estate Construction Luxury home content To Apply: Please provide: Three examples of short-form videos you have edited Your preferred editing software Your turnaround time for a 30-60 second reel Your rate per reel Important: We are specifically looking for editors who can make homes, remodeling projects, and interior spaces look exceptional.
