Short-Form Video Editor (Kinetic / Motion Graphics)

Optic Element is hiring a short-form video editor for our organic content engine (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). We treat editing as an art, not a conveyor belt: animation-rich, kinetic text, smooth transitions, motion graphics, and retention-focused pacing — in the spirit of Ali Abdaal, not bare caption-only edits. You'll turn raw talking-head footage into punchy, high-retention short-form videos. Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (kinetic typography/motion graphics essential); CapCut acceptable. Expectation ~10-15 videos/week with strong reliability and clear English communication. This is a long-term seat with multiple clients, performance bonuses tied to view milestones, and an Editor-of-the-Week pay bump.
