Short Form Video Editor Needed (CapCut Expert)

Hey everyone, I run a social media content agency that delivers 30-60 short form videos per month to business owner clients across multiple niches including fitness, automotive, and more. I am looking for a skilled and reliable editor who can handle high volume work consistently every month. So far I've been able to generate 56.4 Million views to-date. Both (I provide some, editor sources rest). turnaround is fast: 24-48 hours per deliverable. The content is mostly talking head type videos, meta rayban clips for now. Once clientele grows, it'll be a more diverse editing style line up. Experience with viral short form content is a plus but not required. I will train the right person on my editing style and process. 🔥What I need you to do: - Edit short form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - Work primarily in CapCut (But if you don't like and or have CapCut that is COMPLETELY FINE) - Add captions, transitions, text overlays, and music where needed - Deliver videos on time with minimal revisions needed - Communicate clearly and respond within 24 hours - Adjust to new viral format that the client chooses. (That will be communicated prior towards starting) 🔥 What I am looking for in you: - Strong portfolio with real examples of short form content - Experience editing for business owners, coaches, or personal brands - Detail oriented and deadline driven - Available to handle 60-100+ videos per month with room to grow - Able to take direction, feedback, and make revisions quickly 💲Pay and Structure: - $8 per video - Paid in two milestones, 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery and approval - We will start with a small paid test project of 3-5 videos before committing to a full month - Long term ongoing work is available for the right person - Workload and pay WILL grow as the agency scales Start Date is be June 10th
