Short-Form Video Editor Needed for 5 German Vertical Clips | CEO Interview

We are looking for a short-form video editor to create 5 vertical clips from an existing German CEO interview. The content is in German. Our CEO speaks about investing, real estate, artificial intelligence and business trends from the perspective of an experienced investor. We are looking for someone with a strong feeling for short-form content, hooks, pacing, subtitles and social media retention. The direction should be inspired by high-quality business podcast clips, for example Diary of a CEO-style social clips: strong hook, good pacing, clean subtitles, dynamic reframing, subtle visual emphasis and a polished look. We do not want basic auto-caption videos. The clips should feel intentional and well edited. The style should be: dynamic, but still professional clean and premium suitable for a CEO / business / investing context engaging in the first 2–3 seconds strong enough for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn What We Need Select the strongest moment from each question / topic Create a strong hook at the beginning of each clip Edit for pacing and retention Add clean German subtitles Use professional-looking typography Add simple text emphasis where useful Reframe / crop the video properly for vertical format Use both camera perspectives where useful Switch between angles when it helps pacing and retention Use zoom-ins, angle changes or subtle motion where appropriate Keep the tone credible and professional Language Requirement The video is in German, so the editor must be a native German speaker or have German at a native-speaker level. This is important because the editor needs to create accurate German subtitles, understand the context of the interview and choose the strongest moments from each answer. Source Material We will provide the interview footage and the relevant timestamps / question sections. The interview was recorded with two cameras / two perspectives.
