Short-Form Video Editor Needed for Skool Community Content

Job Description: I run a Skool community and I'm looking for a reliable video editor to handle short-form video edits on a recurring basis. The work is simple but I need someone consistent who can turn around clean edits quickly. What you'll be editing: Short-form videos (typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes) Talking-head clips, screen recordings, and tutorial-style content Content destined for my Skool community (and potentially repurposed for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok) What I need you to do: Cut out filler words, dead air, and mistakes Add clean captions/subtitles (auto-generated is fine if accurate, but please review) Light B-roll, zooms, or text overlays where they add value Background music at the right level (not overpowering) Hook the viewer in the first 3 seconds Deliver in vertical (9:16) and/or horizontal (16:9) depending on the video Requirements: Portfolio with examples of short-form edits (please share links applications without samples will be skipped) Fast turnaround (24–48 hours per video preferred) Comfortable communicating via Loom or written feedback Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Nice to have: Experience editing for creator/coaching communities Understanding of what makes short-form content perform on social To apply, please include: 2–3 links to short-form videos you've edited Your rate per video (or per hour) Your typical turnaround time Start your reply with the word "Skool" so I know you read the post
