Short-Form Video Editor (Paid Test + Long-Term Opportunity)

I'm looking for a highly creative short-form video editor to turn raw cat footage into highly engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks. This is not a basic editing job. I'm looking for someone who understands storytelling, comedy timing, and how to create videos that people actually watch until the end and share. 📌 What this is We will start with a paid test project. Multiple editors will receive the same raw footage. Based on performance, I will select 1–3 creators for ongoing long-term collaboration. If we’re a good fit, this can turn into a consistent monthly workload. 🎬 Test Task (Paid) Create one vertical short-form video (20–45 seconds) from the provided cat footage. You have full creative freedom. You can use: storytelling humor / comedy timing captions sound effects music memes (if appropriate) zooms / cuts / pacing techniques any style you think performs best on TikTok / Instagram Reels The goal is simple: Make the video as entertaining and addictive as possible. 🧠 What I'm looking for Strong sense of comedic timing Ability to turn raw footage into a story Experience with viral TikTok / Reels content Understanding of audience retention Creativity and originality (not template editing) Pet or animal content experience is a plus, but not required. 💰 Payment This is a paid test.
