Short-Form Video Editor (Premiere Pro) - Long-Term, Trial to Start

Ethos Visuals is a video production studio looking for a long-term short-form editor to become part of our team. We produce punchy, scroll-stopping vertical content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and need an editor who can take raw footage and turn it into content that hooks in the first 2 seconds and holds attention to the end. HOW THIS WORKS: We start with a small paid trial (a few edits, paid hourly) so we can both make sure it's a fit. If you deliver, this turns into a steady, long-term role with consistent weekly volume. We're looking for someone to grow with us - not a one-off gig. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Editing 15-60 second vertical videos from provided footage and direction - Building strong hooks, tight pacing, and clean cuts - Adding captions/subtitles, b-roll, sound effects, music sync, and simple text/graphic overlays - Matching our brand style and turning around revisions quickly MUST-HAVES: - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (required - we work in Premiere and share project files) - A reel or portfolio of short-form/vertical work you've personally edited - Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and short-form trends - Clean caption/subtitle work and good audio instincts - Reliable communication and on-time delivery - Available for ongoing, consistent work (this is not a one-time project) NICE TO HAVE: - After Effects for light motion graphics - Experience editing for a specific niche (real estate, coaches, brands, etc.) TO APPLY: 1.
