I'm a commercial real estate broker with active social media accounts across multiple platforms and I'm looking for a skilled short-form video editor for ongoing work — approximately 3–4 videos per week. **What you'll be editing:** Each video will include a mix of assets already uploaded to a shared CapCut space: - Talking head footage - AI-generated property footage - Screen recordings - Graphics, arrows, sound effects, and text overlays Your job is to arrange these assets professionally into an engaging, high-quality short-form video. I'm not looking for overproduced or templated content — I want videos that feel real and dynamic, with strong pacing and visual flow, including overlays, arrows, sound effects. **How we work:** All editing is done inside a shared **CapCut Space**. This is non-negotiable — I do not use Adobe Premiere, Kapwing, or any other platform.
