Short-Form Video Editor (Script-Based Editing Only)

I’m looking for an experienced short-form video editor to help streamline my production workflow. We are currently producing two distinct types of short-form content: Creative: Fast-paced, engaging, and highly dynamic. Responsibilities: Edit the video strictly according to the highlighted sections in the script. Match the editing style to either the "Creative" or "Cinematic" format. Apply basic color correction and audio leveling as needed. Ensure smooth pacing and high retention for platforms like YouTube Shorts and TikTok. Requirements: Proven experience editing short-form content. Ability to follow strict editorial guidelines (sticking only to highlighted text). Strong understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and platform retention. Reliable communication and the ability to meet deadlines.
