Short-Form Video Editor: Stand Up & Podcast Clips

We run a social media growth agency for entertainers. We take long form footage, live sets, podcasts, recordings and turn them into short viral clips posted across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We're now looking for another editor to join the team with experience in both short-form content and podcast editing. Starts part-time, grows to full-time fast for the right person. What you'll do - Cut long form sets and podcast footage into punchy short clips (we provide exact timestamps and starting points) - Add captions and format for vertical (9:16), export ready to post - Create Thumbnail + Description for videos - Upload and organize everything in Google Drive and Airtable - Daily check-ins on progress via Slack What we're looking for - Experience editing both short-form content and podcasts - Comfortable with repetitive work doing 10-20+ edits per day - Good instincts for timing, hooks, and what makes someone stop scrolling - Reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with - Looking for a long-term role at a fast-growing company Trial - All qualified applicants go through a paid trial where they make 10 test edits at $1 per clip. Everyone works from the same footage so results are compared fairly. Best output moves forward.
