The work You'll be editing 20–30 second vertical videos from raw footage we supply via Google Drive. Typical output is 10+ videos per week, ongoing. Each video involves: Cutting raw footage to a supplied shot list and brief Fast-paced, trend-aware pacing (think TikTok, not corporate) Burned-in captions (styled to our spec) Trending or supplied audio Simple text overlays / hooks Export to spec, delivered back to Drive You will always receive a written creative brief with the hook, shot order, caption style, pacing notes and CTA. We don't expect you to invent the concept — we expect you to execute the brief precisely and quickly. What we're looking for Proven experience editing short-form vertical content (please show us TikToks/Reels, not wedding films or long-form YouTube) Strong sense of pacing and rhythm — you know what makes someone stop scrolling Clean, accurate captions Fast turnaround (typically 48 hours per batch) Excellent written English and responsive communication Comfortable working from a written brief without needing a call for every video How we work Everything runs through Google Drive with a clear folder structure. You get the raw footage and a written brief, you deliver the edit, we give timestamped feedback within 24 hours.
