Short-Form Video Editor for Founder-Led Instagram Reel

We’re a software company for restaurants and venues that host private events. Our CEO films talking-head videos on his phone and we need an editor to turn one into a polished Instagram reel. This is a single video to start. If it goes well, there’s ongoing work. Style reference. We want the fast, punchy, founder-led style. What the edit needs: 1. B-roll. Source and cut in whatever footage is most relevant to that video’s content. Enough that no single shot runs long. 2. Varied zoom. Punch-ins and reframes that change pace throughout, not one repeated zoom level. Cut every pause and filler word. 3. Background music. Licensed tracks that fit the energy and sit under the voice without competing. 4. Captions. Animated subtitles in the style of the reference reels. Deliverable: a vertical MP4 ready to post to Instagram. The source clip runs about a minute and the finished cut should land in the 30 to 60 second range.
