Short-Form Video Editor for High-Retention Talking-Head Content (Long-Term)

We're looking for a creative Video Editor to transform talking-head videos into engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. We're not looking for someone who simply cuts clips—we want an editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention. ### What You'll Do * Edit high-retention short-form talking-head videos. * Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and sound effects where appropriate. * Remove filler words and improve pacing. * Repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips. * Deliver polished, platform-optimized videos on schedule. ### Requirements * Strong portfolio of talking-head or short-form content. * Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. * Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas. * Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times. ### Nice to Have * Experience editing content for founders, creators, coaches, or SaaS brands. * Basic motion graphics and animation skills. * Understanding of social media trends and hooks. ### To Apply Please send: 1.
