Short-Form Video Editor for Instagram Reels & Social Media

I'm looking for a talented video editor to create engaging social media content from both long-form and short-form footage. The initial project will involve editing multiple videos over the next few days, with ongoing work available thereafter as new content is created. The work will include: Turning long-form videos into engaging Instagram Reels. Editing and combining shorter clips into polished Reels and Instagram/Facebook posts. Identifying the strongest hooks and moments to maximise engagement. Adding captions, motion graphics, transitions, zooms, sound effects and B-roll where appropriate. Creating content optimised primarily for Instagram, with Facebook as a secondary platform. I'm looking for someone who: Has proven experience creating high-performing Instagram Reels. Understands current Instagram trends and viewer retention. Has excellent English and communication skills. Delivers work quickly without sacrificing quality.
