Short-Form Video Editor for Legal Brand

You'll edit 8–10 short-form videos per week (20–90 seconds). The format is presenter-led: a creator records to-camera A-roll from our scripts, and you edit it with B-roll, motion graphics, captions, and pacing that holds attention. Mix of policy explainers, news reactions, and pop-culture angles. Must-haves: 1/ Solid experience editing short-form for brands or creators — specifically presenter/talking-head content. 2/ Send links to live accounts you've edited for 3/ Fluent in at least 3 of: CapCut, Premiere/DaVinci, Descript, Submagic, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, Runway/Pika 4/ Sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention 5/ Strong captions and on-screen text work (Submagic, CapCut, or manual) 5/ 24–48 hour turnaround per video once A-roll is delivered 6/ Works from scripts and shot notes; iterates on feedback without hand-holding Nice-to-haves: 1/ Experience with legal, finance, or news/YMYL content 2/ US/Canadian cultural fluency (recognizes the references, gets the tone) To apply: 1/ Send 3 short-form videos you edited that performed well or your best work with context on why it landed. 2/ One sentence on your AI stack 3/ Your charges and weekly capacity Engagement: Paid trial week (3 videos), then ongoing weekly retainer if it's a fit.
