The agency is growing and I am looking for a talented editor who genuinely cares about the work and wants to be part of something that is heading somewhere exciting. Service-based businesses hire us to grow their presence through short-form content. We handle everything from strategy to scheduling so that by the time content reaches you it is well prepared and ready to be made great. I want someone who takes pride in that final product and shows up consistently ready to deliver. How it works Every client has a content calendar with the hook, reference content, style guidelines, and a clear status tracker. You will always know what needs editing and exactly where each piece is in the process. You will need - 4 videos per day minimum to start, building up to 10+ as clients are added to you (if trial month goes well :)) - A sharp eye for trending audio across Reels and TikTok Your own b-roll collection. We reference Pinterest constantly for that real, non-stock look and feel - A brief end of day check-in every working day to keep things flowing smoothly and give you a chance to flag anything you need from me - A monthly check in to see where I can best assist you and to share how the month went - A creative doc will be needed for each client, this is something you create for yourself update as revisions appear so the same revision doesn’t have to be repeated in the future, share it with me and we can build on it together if needed - Warm, clear communication throughout Pay $12 per video, talking head or b-roll, same rate. I have my team show up with motivation each day regardless of the content piece. Invoice raised once each batch is complete. The bigger opportunity A strong first trail month brings more client work your way. Stay consistent and a lead editor role becomes available with an improved rate or a shift to a monthly retainer.
