Short-Form Video Editor for Reels & TikToks (POV Trade Content) - Ongoing

We're an electrical contracting business filming jobs hands-free on Meta smart glasses, so you'll be working with raw, first-person POV footage straight from the field. We want that turned into scroll-stopping Reels and TikToks. This is a paid test edit first, then ongoing work for the editor who nails it. We expect a few videos per week to start, scaling up over time. What you'd be doing: Cutting raw POV clips (1-15 min) into 20-45 second vertical Reels/TikToks Two styles depending on the clip: Fast-cut + captions - punchy pacing, clean auto-captions, hooks in the first 2 seconds, trending or licensed audio Minimal raw POV - light edits that keep the authentic first-person feel, just tightened up with captions Adding text hooks, simple lower-thirds, and our logo where it fits Exporting ready-to-post in 9:16, correct specs for Instagram and TikTok What we provide: Raw footage (uploaded to a shared drive/folder) Our logo and brand colours A short brief per batch (which clips, which style, any hook ideas) What we're looking for: A portfolio with short-form vertical edits - bonus if you've done trade, construction, or "day in the life" content Fast, reliable turnaround (ideally 48 hrs per batch) Good instinct for hooks and retention, not just technical cutting Solid written English and clear communication Pay: Per finished video.
