Short-Form Video Editor for Reels, TikToks & YouTube Shorts

We’re looking for a skilled and creative video editor who can turn raw clips into eye-catching short-form content that instantly grabs attention. This is a long-term position with ongoing projects and plenty of growth opportunities for the right candidate. Project Scope: You’ll be editing short-form video optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. All videos must be delivered within 2 days of receiving materials. What We’re Looking For: Excellent command of pacing, storytelling, and sound synchronization. Experience in editing short-form content with a clean, modern style. Strong sense of what makes content go viral (hooks, captions, timing). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently. Fluent English understanding for syncing dialogue and subtitles. Tools You Can Use: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (any professional software is fine). Nice to Have: Experience with AI captioning and auto-subtitle tools. Knowledge of color grading and audio balancing. Creative approach to transitions and motion pacing. When Applying: Please share 3–5 samples of your best short-form video edits.
