Short-Form Video Editor for Scroll-Stopping Instagram Reels

We're looking for a skilled short-form editor to turn our footage into scroll-stopping Reels. You'll take raw clips and make punchy, high-retention vertical videos for Instagram (and TikTok). What you'll do: 1️⃣ Edit raw footage into engaging 15–60s Reels 2️⃣ Add hooks, captions, transitions, sound, and effects that hold attention 3️⃣ Apply pacing and trends that stop the scroll What we're looking for: 1️⃣ Proven short-form/Reels editing experience (portfolio required) 2️⃣ Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention 3️⃣ Quick turnaround and clear communication To kick things off, we'll send a short sample clip to edit as a quick test so we can see your style.
