I'm Anderson Bluu and i run a TikTok and two YouTube channels: Anderson Bluu (587K subs) — art challenge videos, education + entertainment Anderson Bluu Art (1.6K subs) — beginner digital art tutorials and industry guidance Anderson Bluu Tik Tok (1.2 Million Followers) - art challenge videos, education + entertainment I'm hiring a dedicated Shorts editor to cut 3–5 vertical videos per week. About the role: I want someone who lives on the platform, knows what's trending, and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping 30–60 second pieces. You'll have real creative input picking the hook, choosing which long-form moments deserve a Short of their own. What you'll do: -Edit 3–5 Shorts per week across both channels (also posted to TikTok) -Pull the strongest moments from long-form footage and reformat as standalone Shorts -Source music, captions, and effects independently -Design hooks that land in the first 1–2 seconds -Collaborate via Frame.io and join weekly check-ins You're a fit if you: -Have a portfolio of Shorts/TikToks/Reels with strong view counts (links required) -Understand vertical pacing and short-form retention -Can turn around edits in 24–48 hours -Can work weekends -Take initiative without needing hand-holding Bonus points: -Background in art or visual content -Final Cut + Premiere fluency -Experience growing Shorts channels Logistics: -Remote, contract basis -3–5 Shorts per week -Rate per Upwork's standard guidance -Paid trial of 2–3 Shorts before commitment To apply 1.
