We are scaling up production and looking for a fast, reliable, and creative video editor to join the team long-term. The channel focuses mainly on Formula 1, but we also branch out into other sports-related content from time to time. If you understand the pace, energy, and style of sports content, and you specialize in clean, engaging, fast-paced short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), this is for you. We have a high volume of content ready to go, meaning you will have a reliable pipeline of work every single day. What We Need: Volume: Minimum of 2 to 3 completed videos per day. Format: Short-form, vertical videos (9:16), exactly 1 minute long each. Style: Engaging cuts, sports pacing, on-screen text/captions, and sound design tailored for high viewer retention. An interest in or knowledge of F1/sports is a huge plus! Compensation & Workflow Rate: $5 USD per 1-minute video. Consistency: Because of the strict daily volume, this offers a highly predictable, steady income stream for an efficient editor who can streamline their workflow.
