Short-Form Video Editor

About the role I run an online fitness coaching brand @sculptedbyprecision and post short-form content consistently across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. I'm looking for a reliable editor to own the editing on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term retainer position, not a one-off gig. Do great work and you keep a consistent seat for as long as you want it. What you'll be editing - Around 30 videos per month - Each video is 45 to 60 seconds max (talking-head plus captions style) - Vertical 9:16 format for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts - I provide the raw footage. You handle the cuts, pacing, captions/subtitles, and light graphics - Most important: every video must match the look and feel of my existing content.
