We're looking for a skilled video editor to transform talking-head content into engaging short-form videos for social media. Responsibilities - Edit talking-head videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X - Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds - Add captions, graphics, B-roll, zooms, sound effects, and visual elements that improve viewer retention - Repurpose long-form videos, podcasts, and interviews into multiple short-form clips - Maintain brand consistency across all content - Deliver edits on schedule and implement feedback efficiently Requirements - Proven experience editing short-form talking-head content - Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention - Ability to identify compelling moments and turn them into engaging clips - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After effect, CapCut, or similar editing software - Strong communication skills and attention to detail What We're Looking For We want someone who understands content, not just editing.
