Short-Form Video Producer

We’re looking for a fast, hands-on Video Producer who can execute high-quality short-form content at scale. This is not a strategy or idea-generation role. You will work from pre-defined scripts, collaborate with internal team members (the people on camera), and handle the full execution – from recording to final video. ✦ What you’ll be responsible for: 1. Script Adaptation & Preparation: - Receive scripts in English; - Quickly translate (AI) and verify/adapt them to Romanian; - Ensure scripts sound natural, clear, and ready for recording. 2. Recording: - Organize and execute recording day/s – batch recording in 1-2 days per month; - Work with internal team members (as people on camera); - Direct and support them during filming; - Ensure recordings are clean, structured, and usable. 3. Short-Form Video Production: - Edit and finalize short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok); - Add captions, pacing, and basic structure; - Maintain consistent style and quality across all videos; Expected output: → 8 – 10 original short-form videos per month 4. Repurposing & Clipping: - Extract and edit clips from media appearances, YouTube videos and speaking events; Expected output: → Up to 10 additional clips per month 🔎 What we’re looking for: - Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), backed by at least 3 years of hands-on experience creating fast-paced social media content; - Ability to translate and adapt content to Romanian (fast and accurately); - Comfortable handling basic video recording and directing people on camera; - Good sense of pacing, hooks, and attention retention; - Fast execution and strong attention to detail; - Reliable and structured – able to deliver consistently without supervision; - Native Romanian speaker with excellent written and spoken English. ❌ This role is NOT for you if: You only want to “edit what you’re given”; You are not comfortable working with people on camera; You need step-by-step instructions for everything; You overcomplicate edits or inconsistent with deadlines. ✦ What we offer Long-term collaboration with an international company – not a one-off project; Remote setup, with occasional on-site recording sessions for batch content production; Clear scripts, structured direction, and organized workflows, while giving you the freedom to execute independently and take ownership of the production process; Direct collaboration with marketing and management teams; Opportunity to help build content for the Romanian market; Contractor-based collaboration; Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
