# Short-Form Video Editor for Premium Sports Brand We're looking for a talented short-form video editor to join our team and help create viral, cinematic content for a fast-growing football apparel brand. Our goal isn't to make average social media videos—we want edits that stop the scroll, tell a story, and make people want to share them. ## Responsibilities * Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts * Create fast-paced, engaging edits with strong pacing and storytelling * Incorporate sound design, transitions, motion graphics, captions, and visual effects where appropriate * Color grade footage and deliver polished, premium-looking content * Work with our team to execute creative concepts around athletes, product launches, and brand campaigns ## Requirements * Strong portfolio of short-form content (sports, lifestyle, or DTC brands preferred) * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software * Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and retention-focused editing * Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly * Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly ## Bonus Points * Experience editing sports content * Motion graphics or VFX experience * Understanding of social media trends without relying on overused templates * Ability to help shape creative ideas, not just execute them ## To Apply Please include: 1. 3–5 of your best short-form edits (not a compilation reel) 2.
