Short-Term Assistant: Instagram DM & Email Support for Dietetics Campaign

I am a Clinical & Consultant Dietitian launching a short-term dietetic campaign! I am looking for a quick, reliable, and friendly Chat & Email Support Specialist to handle incoming client inquiries for 2 to 3 days. During this campaign, I expect a higher volume of messages across Instagram DMs and Email. Since my time will be focused on managing client consultations and clinical work, I need someone to step in and handle all incoming messages, answer general questions, and help convert interested prospects into booked consultations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Instagram DM Management: Promptly reply to direct messages, campaign inquiries, and comments on Instagram using a friendly, professional tone. ✅ Email Inbox Support: Read and respond to prospective client emails regarding campaign details, consultation packages, and pricing. ✅ Lead Conversion & Scheduling: Guide interested leads toward booking a session or filling out intake details. ✅ Basic FAQ Handling: Answer standard questions regarding meal plan delivery times, pricing tiers, and program structures. ✅ Escalation: Organize and forward complex clinical queries or specific client needs directly to me.
