Short-Term Project: QuickBooks Online Cleanup & Advanced Accounting Specialist

We need an experienced accounting professional for a technical QBO cleanup. This goes beyond routine categorization and requires deep financial investigation, revenue recognition corrections, and full statement adjustments. Key Tasks AR & Revenue: Reconcile AR to contracts/payments; investigate an unsupported $20k AR journal entry; adjust a $50k invoice for unstarted work; resolve duplicate invoices/payments; fix revenue report variances. Loans & Related Parties: Review promissory note principal balances, calculate/record accrued interest, and reconcile related-party balances. Reporting Cleanup: Fix prior-period balances bleeding into the current Statement of Cash Flows. Final Deliverables: Deliver accurate, fully reconciled Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, AR Aging, and AP Aging reports.
