Short-form Video Editor — vertical "podcast-style" clips for social

Overview We're looking for a skilled video editor to produce polished vertical (9:16) short-form clips with a warm, cozy "podcast studio" look and feel. You'll work from footage, audio, and reference materials we provide and turn them into clean, engaging clips ready to post. Experience with AI tools essential. What we'll provide Our source audio/recordings. Reference footage and images. A reference image showing the visual style/vibe we're after. What we need delivered Finished vertical 9:16 clips, well-paced and synced to the supplied audio. A warm, cinematic podcast-studio aesthetic — soft lighting, rich warm tones, professional feel (a similar look to our reference is fine). Dynamic, multi-angle editing: cut between several framings/zooms (wide, medium, close-up) so the clip feels like polished multi-camera content rather than one static shot. Clean audio, color grading, and smooth pacing on the cuts. Final delivery: MP4, 1080p preferred, 9:16. Requirements Strong portfolio of short-form / social video editing (please share 2–3 samples). Excellent sense of editing rhythm, color grading, and lighting consistency. Experience with vertical content for Reels / TikTok / Shorts. Reliable communication and turnaround. Nice to have Optional burned-in captions/subtitles. B-roll and subtle motion/movement to add polish. Availability for ongoing, recurring work.
