Short form video editor

Seeking short form video editor. SKILLED REQUIRED: Color grading (consistent color theme across videos) Sound design (adding subtle music to create emotion) CapCut transitions or similar Motion graphics Talking head captions Understanding clipping Understanding ELEVATED viral short form editing patterns (not crazy weird editing... subtle zooms or transitions that engage people while keeping videos looking natural and not overly produced. WORKING PROCESS: I will upload tons of talking head videos to a folder. You will color grade, add captions, transitions, add in subtle music to create emotion. You will select b-roll clips from our master folder to mix into the talking head video when it's appropriate (not always necessary if it doesn't make sense). Your job will be to create lots of edits. We can create multiple edits from the same talking head or swap in different hooks and clip videos together to create more content from the same videos. Additionally, I will need assistance in editing ads that we create which I'll have specific instructions for each time. If you're good and we work well together this can be a full-time role. MUST SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH NATIVELY. We can't bring on anyone with obvious spelling errors or easy mistakes because we do not want to have a big review process for the videos. If you've seen clips on Instagram of Andrew Tate or Iman Gadzhi... talking head videos, captions, then a mix of b-roll clips over them... this is what I'm aiming for with this project (not the same emotion but the same kind of strategy).
