Sign Industry Pro (Permitting, ADA Compliance, Fabrication) — Part-Time Contract Advisor

We're a real-estate marketing group launching a signage + environmental graphics service for multifamily developers (4–6 story apartment communities, Midwest). Design and manufacturing are covered — we're hiring the technical backbone. You've worked inside a sign shop (PM, estimator, or permit coordinator) and know: 1. Permitting end-to-end — municipal sign/zoning permits + electrical sign permits (Nebraska/Midwest experience a big plus) 2. Code compliance — ADA tactile/braille signage, egress signage, UL 48 / NEC Article 600 for illuminated signs 3. Fabrication reality — channel letters, monument signs, ADA interior packages; you can review shop drawings and catch problems before they're built 4. Install logistics — site surveys, coordinating local install crews, punch/close-out The role: our on-call expert. Review sign packages, run permits, QC specs and samples from our manufacturer, and advise as projects come through. Starting around 5 hrs/week, growing with the pipeline. To apply, answer briefly: 1.
