Simple Animation for Website

We’re looking for a freelance animator to create a simple, clean animation for our website. The animation will represent a 3-step process of ice formation, based on an existing diagram we’ve already designed. We will provide the base visual, but we’re open to light design improvements (especially around color and visual clarity) to make the animation feel more polished and web-ready. Scope of work: - Animate an existing illustration (we will provide assets) Show a clear 3-step process: Coating, Growth, Harvest - Create smooth transitions between each stage - Keep the style clean, modern, and technical (B2B audience) - Make small visual improvements where helpful (color, contrast, clarity) Deliverables: Web-ready animation (MP4 required) Bonus: Lottie or lightweight web format Looping version preferred Duration: ~5–10 seconds Tools: After Effects, Figma, or similar Bonus if experienced with Lottie export What we’ll provide: Existing diagram/visual Brand direction (colors, general style) Clear explanation of the process What we’re looking for: Experience with clean, modern web animations Strong sense of design (not just animation execution) Ability to simplify and improve visuals where needed Attention to detail and timing To apply: Share 2–3 relevant animation examples (process animations preferred) Include your estimated turnaround time Please start your proposal with the word “ICE” so we know you’ve read the full brief.
