# Mobile App Developer Needed ## Overview I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build **VibroConnect**, a simple mobile application for my company that allows field employees to quickly report operational issues from anywhere. The app should make it easy to capture information, attach photos or videos, and submit everything to our cloud storage with minimal effort. This is an internal business application and will serve as the foundation for additional tools in the future. --- ## Primary Goal An employee should be able to complete and submit a report in under 30 seconds. The app must continue to function without an internet connection and automatically sync once connectivity is restored. --- ## Phase 1 – Field Issue Reporting The first version of the app will support reporting field issues. The form should include: * Employee (auto-filled after login) * Job or R Identifier * Location or S Identifier * Issue Type (fixed drop down + ability to add new) * Ability to select **Other** and enter a custom issue * Description / Notes * One or more photos * Optional video * Automatic date/time stamp * Automatic GPS location (if permitted) --- ## Offline Capability (Required) The application must: * Work completely offline * Save submissions locally * Queue uploads automatically * Sync all pending submissions when internet service is restored The employee should never have to resubmit information manually. --- ## Cloud Storage All submissions should automatically upload to Dropbox using a clean folder structure organized by date and employee. Each submission should include the completed form and all associated photos and videos. --- ## Design The application should be: * Modern * Extremely simple * Mobile-first * Camera-first * Fast * Easy to use in the field with minimal typing --- ## Technology Open to recommendations. Preferred technologies: * Flutter * React Native * Progressive Web App (PWA) Backend: * Firebase * Supabase * PocketBase Cloud Storage: * Dropbox API --- ## Future Vision This app will become our internal operations platform over time. Future modules may include inspections, incident reporting, equipment tracking, attendance, approvals, and other operational workflows. The solution should be designed with future expansion and ability to interact/work with our future intrenal portal/website in mind.
