Simple Visual Apartment Layout – Divide Existing Space into 4 Apartments

Job Description We are looking for an architect or space planner to create a simple visual layout proposal showing how an existing area can be divided into four separate apartments. You will work only within the red and yellow marked areas shown in the floor-plan image that we will provide. Each apartment should include: One bedroom Living area Kitchen Bathroom Basic furniture placement, including a bed, sofa, dining table and wardrobe Requirements Prepare two simple visual layout options. Indicate which option you recommend. Show the proposed internal walls, doors, apartment entrances, kitchens, bathrooms and furniture. Use the existing exterior windows to provide natural light wherever possible. All existing windows must remain in their current positions and must not be removed, relocated or covered. Do not remove or alter load-bearing walls. Exterior walls may be used for new entrance doors where appropriate. Bathrooms do not require exterior windows. Where a bedroom or living area cannot receive direct daylight, a glass internal wall or glazed partition may be suggested. The layouts can be drawn directly over the provided floor-plan image or presented as clear visual sketches. Deliverables Two visual layout options One recommended option Final layouts provided in PDF format This is only an initial visual planning task. Detailed AutoCAD drawings, MEP design, structural calculations, fire-safety drawings and construction drawings are not required.
