Single Interface Needs UI/Aesthetic Upgrade

If this task can be successfully completed, along with payment I will provide a very positive review along with potential future works with higher budgets. So I’m looking for someone who can help improve the UI design, color theme, sizing, spacing, and overall aesthetic of a stock chart interface. This is primarily a visual design/polish task rather than a coding-heavy project. The existing interface is already built in plain HTML/CSS and the functionality is already in place. The goal is not to rebuild the chart, change the price data, or modify the actual price chart series — it is to make the surrounding interface look much sleeker, cleaner, and more professional. I’m attaching the current HTML file that needs to be redesigned, along with an example showing the general color/style direction I like. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can take the current UI and refine the visual presentation: color palette, layout balance, spacing, typography, panel styling, buttons, borders, shadows, and overall fintech/dashboard aesthetic. This should be a straightforward task for someone with a strong eye for UI design, especially modern dashboard, fintech, or high-fidelity web interface design.
