A4 Single-Page Property Brochure

We are looking for a designer to create a premium single-page A4 property brochure for a luxury land development in Kuta, Lombok. The brochure should be visually appealing, professional, and easy to read, with a clean layout, high-quality imagery, and concise property information. A design reference is provided and should be used as the primary inspiration for the brochure. We would like the final design to closely reflect its premium look and feel while improving the layout, typography, and overall visual presentation where appropriate. We are also open to alternative design concepts if you believe they would better showcase the property and create a stronger marketing piece. This project is intended to establish a reusable brochure template that can be adapted for future properties while maintaining a consistent brand identity. For this reason, we strongly prefer the brochure to be designed in Adobe InDesign, allowing us to easily update text, images, maps, and branding for future listings. Deliverables should include the editable Adobe InDesign source files (.INDD), IDML file, packaged project (including linked images and fonts where licensing permits), a print-ready PDF, and a web-optimized PDF. We are looking for a designer with experience creating luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium marketing materials who can deliver a polished, high-end design that appeals to international buyers. Please include examples of similar work in your proposal.
