Description: Seeking experienced technical specialist to prepare site master plan and building specifications for a chicken egg layer and pullet farm in Indonesia. Deliverables will be used for PBG (Building Permit), construction, and PKKPR/UKL-UPL regulatory approvals. Deliverables: -Site layout showing all building locations, biosecurity zones (RED/YELLOW/GREEN/BLACK), spacing, orientation, wind/sun exposure, airflow -Foundation and ground prep specifications for layer/pullet production houses (prefab supplier footprints) -Basic specifications for ancillary buildings: staff quarters, office, warehouse, manure area, water tanks, feed storage, genset house, vehicle wash, quarantine house, egg warehouse (dimensions, materials, layout notes only for contractor RAB) -Site utility routing: water supply, power, drainage, irrigation -PKKPR/UKL-UPL/PBG compliance checklist All based on Indonesian standards and low-cost farming construction Key considerations: Experience in Indonesian chicken egg layer farms to ensure biosecurity compliance and best practices. Critical: wind direction for ventilation, water/power routing, manure area positioning, egg collection flow separated from traffic. Experience required: Indonesian chicken egg layer farm projects, site planning, low-cost construction standards, PBG/PKKPR/UKL-UPL compliance.
