2D Site Layout, Underground Electrical Routing & Plumbing Plan for an Open-Air Reading Space (75' × 120' Plot) Architectural & Landscape Design,AutoCAD, Electrical Drawing, Site Planning, Piping & Plumbing Design, CAD Drafting, Landscape Layout Project Type: One-time project Experience Level Preferred: Junior / Intermediate Project Description I am seeking a freelance CAD Drafter or Junior Architect to convert a conceptual layout into an accurate 2D Site Dimension Map, a Comprehensive Electrical Conduit Routing Diagram, and a Basic Plumbing Flow Map. Note: This job does NOT require complex 3D renders. I only need practical, accurate 2D structural and engineering drawings that I can print and hand directly to our local ground electrician, plumber, and labor teams. The project is an open-air, zero-construction "Silent Reading Yard & Co-Working Space" (located in India). It sits on a vertical rectangular plot measuring exactly 75 feet wide by 120 feet deep. The plot faces a 30-foot wide approach road along its short 75-foot frontage, which serves as the main entry gate. Core Spatial Anchor & Rules:Fixed Tree Coordinates: There is a mature Tree located in the upper-left quadrant of the plot that acts as our structural anchor. The center of the tree trunk sits exactly 23'-0" from the left boundary wall and 26'-0" from the top (rear) boundary wall. Your layout must align all zones relative to this fixed coordinate. Zero Civil Construction: To comply with local land-use guidelines, the layout must utilize 100% temporary, modular, and removable elements. No concrete foundations or brick masonry. Material Callouts: The ground landscaping uses loose materials to designate active zones: coarse grey aggregate gravel walkways, polished white quartz pebble seating bases, and natural green grass/lawn spaces. Modular Seating: Seating spaces incorporate modular "Iron Chowkis" (sturdy metal frames with wooden tops, measuring 6x4 feet, 4x4 feet, and 3x3 feet, elevated 1 to 1.5 feet off the ground). Zoning Layout to Implement: Zone 1: Entry Parking Strip: A 27'-6" deep x 75'-0" wide zone running across the full width of the front gate entrance to park 15 bikes and 3 cars inside. Zone 2 & 3: Front Lawn Split: A 6'-0" wide central grey gravel spine pathway cuts vertically from the parking line. To the left is an open lawn featuring three separate small white pebble circular solo reading spaces (with 2x3 mini chowkis under freestanding umbrellas). To the right is a winding path leading to a rustic, brick-lined circular "Boma" fireplace ring (30' × 34.5'). Zone 4: Horizontal Intersection Corridor: An 8'-0" wide horizontal gravel corridor. It holds a long wooden bar-height desk for laptops. Zone 5: The Zen Tree Courtyard (Upper Left): A massive 35-foot diameter circular base of polished white quartz pebbles centered exactly around the fixed tree trunk coordinates. At the base of the tree, six large 6x4 iron chowkis must be joined together seamlessly to form a unified 12'x12' platform that serves as a lounge on weekdays and an acoustic performance stage on weekends. Zone 6: Co-Working Lounge Deck (Upper Right): A rectangular white pebble deck (25' × 15') filled with two large 6x4 iron chowki desks wired with weatherproof power distribution boxes for remote laptop users. Service Endpoint: A standalone modular FRP Bio-Toilet cabin tucked discreetly into the far upper-right corner of the plot. Milestone Payment Structure & Deliverables: Milestone 1 (50% of Budget): 2D Site Dimension Layout Map showing exact pathway widths, clearing boundaries, and physical orientations of the modular furniture relative to the Neem tree anchor. Milestone 2 (50% of Budget): Electrical & Plumbing Overlays. (1) Electrical layout showing the main line running from our front meter through underground PVC conduit paths beneath the grey gravel walkways to the underside of the wooden chowkis. Specify IP65/IP66 weatherproof industrial distribution boards with 8 to 12 universal plug socket clusters per workstation node. (2) Plumbing layout showing a 2,000L recessed ground storage tank, lines running to a 1 HP monoblock pump, up to a 500L trailer-roof utility tank, and a gravity-fed line down to the kitchen staff sink and bio-toilet. I will provide a conceptual 2D layout reference sketch and the raw plot dimension lines upon hiring. Mandatory Upwork Screening Questions Paste your specific answers to the following questions 1.Since this project uses loose gravel/pebble flooring rather than a concrete sub-floor, how do you plan to safely draw and route the electrical cabling layer from the main front single-phase meter to the central tables? 2.Where do you suggest positioning the recessed 2,000L ground utility water tank on our 2D plan so that an external tractor tanker can easily refill it without driving over or disturbing our active pebble seating zones? 3.Confirm that you understand that this project requires 2D technical drawings (AutoCAD layout + overlay schematics) and that NO 3D rendering or modeling is expected of you for this fixed budget.
