Site Layout Specialist – Commercial Container Project (Fire Access Overlay)

I need a fast, precise CAD Drafter to create a 2D Site Layout for a commercial container food court project in Union City, GA. This is a "design-only" layout task based on existing property dimensions—no engineering seal is required at this stage. I have specific fire code requirements from the County that must be drawn onto the plan to clear a preliminary review. Tasks: Scale Layout: Plot 12 shipping containers (stacked 2-high) onto the site at 5851 Buffington Rd. Fire Lane Overlay: Draw a 26-foot wide clear path through the property with a 13’6” height clearance. Turning Radius: Use a standard Fire Truck turning template (provided in County doc) to show the trucks can navigate the corners.
