Site Plan and Construction Plans for Patio Deck

I need someone to create a site plan of an existing property and develop construction plans for a patio deck extension. The extension should seamlessly integrate with the existing deck. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and drafting, ensuring the plans are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I need the plans stamped as well to satisfy city requirements for permitting in San Antonio, Texas. This is what the city is asking for: "Please upload a site plan which shows the property lines, the existing building and the location of the deck extension. Upload also construction plans for the deck." The deck extension will extend 12 feet out and will be 48 feet wide. I'd like the construction plans to consist of a deck built to code on pyramid blocks atop the existing asphalt parking lot. All wood construction - pyramid blocks to 4x4 posts to 4x6 beams to 2x6 or 2x8 joists with 3/4-1" deck boards atop. All treated lumber. Deck will tie into the existing patio deck along the long 48' side. Patio deck will have basic balusters and rails along the perimeter. Will provide address and more detail once project is awarded.
