On-Site Short-Form Video Creator & Drone Pilot for Construction Site Content

We are a growing residential construction company in the Los Angeles area looking for a local, all-in-one content creator to visit our active jobsites once or twice a month. Your Responsibilities: 1. Come to our job site for a 90-minute to 2-hour batch shoot. 2. Capture high-quality ground B-roll (tools, materials, progress cuts) and dynamic aerial drone footage. 3. Help draft quick 5-second text hooks or short on-camera updates with the owner. 4. Edit the raw footage into 3 to 4 fast-paced, high-retention vertical videos (9:16) for Instagram Reels and TikTok, complete with trending audio and clean text overlays. Strict Requirements: * Must be local to the Greater Los Angeles area and have reliable transportation. * Must hold an active FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone License (required for legal compliance on our builds). * Must bring your own safety gear (steel-toe boots). We will provide a hard hat and high-vis vest. * Must have a proven portfolio showing short-form real estate, architectural, or construction video work.
