Site plans/plot plans for simple construction projects

In search of a skilled AutoCAD designer to create simple site plans for mobile home projects like the attached Lake Ave document. The floorplan of the home will be provided and only needs added to the siteplan. The attached documents pertaining to Crotty are an example of what might be provided. We can sometimes provide a survey but other times only have a project address. We intend to expand into offering other services like landscaping and pergolas so 3D landscape design is a plus. Looking for someone that can grow with us. All projects are in Florida. Detailed scope follows Review boundary survey, site sketch, and mobile-home plans. Recreate the property boundary in CAD using the survey bearings and distances. Show property lines, adjacent streets/right-of-way, and required existing information from the survey. Place proposed home onto site plan with floorplan detail Place and orient the proposed mobile home based on the client-provided site sketch. Draw and dimension proposed stairs, landings, porches, and other exterior projections. Show setback dimensions from the furthest projection of the home to the property lines. Show existing/proposed well location. Show septic system/drain-field location and required 75' radius, where applicable. Show proposed Finished Floor Elevation (FFE) provided by the client. Show driveway/apron location, width, and material. Show A/C equipment location. Show electrical power-pole location. Show existing accessory structures, where applicable, and their dimensions to property lines. Add north arrow, drawing scale, labels, dimensions, notes, and project information. Prepare and issue the completed PDF zoning site plan.
