*Core Responsibilities* Configure Sitecore CDP & Personalize environments Build identity resolution, profile unification, and segmentation strategies Create decision models, audiences, offers, and personalization experiences Integrate CDP with CRM, identity providers (Okta), and marketing platforms Troubleshoot data ingestion and personalization issues Deliver technical documentation and reusable config patterns *Required* 3+ years hands-on with Sitecore CDP & Personalize Strong REST API, JSON, and web integration skills Experience with identity resolution and real-time decisioning Self-sufficient, can translate requirements into solutions independently *Bonus* Sitecore XM Cloud, CRM(Dynamics), or Marketing Automation experience OAuth / OIDC / SSO knowledge Sitecore certifications Azure / AWS or composable DXP experience
