Sitecore Content Author / CMS Specialist (XM Cloud / SXA)

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Content Author / CMS Specialist to support a portfolio of European websites built on Sitecore XM Cloud. This is a hands-on content authoring role focused on creating and updating pages, managing content, supporting marketing teams, and maintaining a high standard of quality across multiple brands and markets. Responsibilities - Create and update pages in Sitecore XM Cloud - Build pages using existing templates and components - Manage content updates across multiple websites and languages - Perform QA checks before publishing - Work from Figma designs and marketing briefs - Support content migrations and content audits - Manage SEO metadata, page titles, descriptions, alt text and internal linking - Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve blockers - Escalate development-related issues when required - Work within Jira and Asana workflows Required Experience - 3+ years hands-on Sitecore authoring experience - Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP, SXA, Experience Editor or Page Builder - Experience working with component-based design systems - Experience managing multilingual websites - Strong QA and attention to detail - Experience working with Jira, Asana or similar ticketing systems - Good written and verbal English Important We are specifically looking for candidates with recent, practical Sitecore authoring experience. Candidates whose primary experience is Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, Optimizely or other CMS platforms without significant Sitecore experience will not be considered.
