SketchUp Draftsperson for Residential Documentation

We are, a modular home builder in Brisbane, Australia. We are looking for a draftsperson who works in SketchUp and LayOut to produce Australian residential documentation. This role is SketchUp only. We are not looking for Revit for this work. Immediate job. A renovation: remove an existing covered area by a pool, add a new raised roof, a covered walkway around the pool, and a covered deck over a sloping site, integrated with the existing house. We provide a SketchUp model, the existing house plans and site photos. We need a Concept and Building Approval drawing set produced in SketchUp: cover, general notes, site and locality plan, existing and proposed site plans, existing and proposed floor plans, roof plan, elevations and sections. Work from the supplied model and plans and take those dimensions as correct. Downstream we will use the SketchUp files to produce manufacturing files in the Framebuilder plug-in. Ongoing. If this goes well there is further short-term modular residential documentation work as we move through our pipeline and establish a longer term workflow. What you need. Strong SketchUp (and LayOut or an alternative), with the ability to produce clean, scaled, approvable drawing sets from a SketchUp model. Experience with Australian residential documentation to NCC and BCA standard, class 1 and class 10 ideal. Willingness to hand over the native SketchUp and LayOut files on every job. PlusSpec or an alternative experience is a plus. Photorealistic rendering from SketchUp, using Enscape, V-Ray, D5 or Twinmotion, or an alternative is a bonus, not essential. Good to know. We build under our own builder licence, so you do not need a QBCC licence for this work. We hold the building responsibility, you produce the documentation. To apply. Existing water tank noted as the stormwater and gutter connection point also please show the existing covered roof section that will be be removed. Sheet 3. New works plan. Courtyard in plan view at ground level, showing the new covered section over the existing courtyard and the pool. Sheet 4. Subfloor plan. Footing and bearer locations for the fully elevated deck. Sheet 5. Roof structure plan. Covered walkway and gazebo roof. Sheet 6. Roof plan. Roof sheeting for the covered walkway and gazebo, plus a drainage plan showing gutter and downpipe connection points. Sheet 7. Elevations, north and east of the courtyard. Sheet 8. Elevations, south and west of the courtyard. Sheet 9. Section details. Footing to column to roof beam, and the pole plate connection to the existing dwelling. Footing to column to floor, extending up to the main gazebo column, then up to the roof connection. Please note we have included a previous project set as a reference for the title block only, we do not expect this level of detail for this project. A JPG file of our logo has been attached to be used in the title block. Please also note that the existing house should be a massing drawing only, no detail required other than location and generally accurate dimensions, to give context to the new works.
