SketchUp Model – Basic 3D Modelling from Floor Plans (3 Small Apartments)

I’m looking for a SketchUp modeller to create a basic 3D model from provided floor plans for a small residential project. The project includes: 2 x ground floor flats (1.5-bedroom, mirrored layout) 1 x 2-bedroom apartment (first floor) Scope of work: Model accurate walls, doors, and windows Basic kitchen and bathroom layouts Add furniture items (beds, sofas, tables etc.) Apply correct dimensions and ceiling heights Clean and organised SketchUp file, with tags Add Floorplans & Elevations to SketchUp Layout with materials Set up key 3D Views What I will provide: Floor plans A full document of specifications A detailed package with dimensions, heights, and key information to model from Examples of similar projects I have completed (to match style and level of detail) Output required: SketchUp (.skp) file, well organised with groups/components Sketchup Layout file with floorplans and interior elevations This is a straightforward modelling task. I’m looking for someone reliable, efficient, and accurate. Please include examples of similar SketchUp modelling work. Fixed price preferred.
