Summary

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to Create a SketchUp model of the topography, pool and hardscape of a 5.2 acre custom home lot. The candidate must be able to create the sloped topography from a pointcloud (e57 or RCP) or from topo survey, and to apply different materials to the topography. The model can be made in software other than Sketchup, but must be Sketchup compatible. The candidate must be able to grade terrain to meet hardscape edges. Deliverable must be either .SKP, or DAI, or FBX.
